Fireworks & Fellowship
Join us Saturday, July 5 at 7:30 PM for a fun evening of connection, conversation, and fireworks! We'll gather at The Bridge to hang out, enjoy the evening together, and then watch the fireworks together.
This private event is for our congregation and their friends and family. Come together to enjoy a dazzling fireworks display, connect with others, and create lasting memories.
Please remember to pay the gate feel donation upon entering the fairgrounds and adhere to their parking restrictions. We look forward to seeing you there for an unforgettable night of community and celebration! Carrollton First will provide hot dogs, paper products and drinks - please feel free to bring a snack to share!
Bridge Move-Out
Sunday and Monday, July 6 & 7
We will begin immediately following worship on Sunday, July 6.We will continue with packing and loading on Monday July 7. We are asking everyone to help on Sunday after worship and for a crew to help with packing on Monday. If you are able to help on Monday please contact the office 330-627-7671 and give your name and the time you are available so we can coordinate work order/etc.

Special July Worship Services
This July, we’re shaking things up with some fun and unique worship services! It’s the perfect time to invite a friend and reconnect with your church family!
July 13: Worship at YBC at 9:00am; Worship at YBC at 10:30am – Bridge Band

July 20: Worship at YBC at 9:00am; Worship at the County Fair, time 10am

July 27: Combined Worship Service at Ann Green Park at 10:30am followed by a covered dish picnic. Carrollton First UMC will be providing pulled pork, paper products and drinks. Please bring a dish to share! See the sign-up sheets at each location!
Kingdom Youth:
New Group Starting in June!
Exciting news for our Kingdom Youth Group!
We will be splitting into two age groups to include our entire middle and high schoolers!
Middle AND High Schoolers now have the opportunity to participate in youth group!

Every Thursday from 5:00-6:30pm Grades 5-8 will meet.

Every Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm Grades 9-12 will meet.
This will give each group a separate learning time, with a 30 minute crossover to participate together in games and activities. I am excited for this opportunity to tailor each group with their own specific needs in growing in their personal relationships with Jesus.

Carrollton First UMC’s Discipleship Board met Thursday evening, March 6, 2025 and voted to begin a search for Childcare Nursery Workers.

NURSERY WORKERS - Carrollton First UMC is looking to hire 1-2 nursery workers to care for our young children, ages 0-4. Hours will typically be during Sunday morning worship for both locations and Tuesday evenings during Bible Study; additional hours during special services will also be required. Called to Serve?
Hello everyone! Are you being called to serve at church? We are always looking for help. Not sure what’s involved or how to do a task? Training available!
Volunteers needed for Hospitality, Greeters, Children’s Messages, Yellow Brick Kidz, Bridge Kidz, Worship Crew – Sound, Camera, Computer, Funeral Dinners. Contact the church office if you see a need and want to help fill it! We appreciate the commitment you make to our church.
