christmas hymns

In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, Pastor Kimberly would love to hear from you as to what are your favorite Advent and Christmas Hymns. She will be referencing, using and we may even sing a few of them between Thanksgiving and the end of January.

If you have a favorite please write it on a Communicator Card (The Bridge) or Prayer Request Card (Yellow Brick) and drop it in the offering plate by November 3rd. You must have your name on the card in case Pastor Kimberly has a question.

new wine prayer group

“And no one pours new wine into old wineskins.Otherwise, the new wine will burst the skins; the wine will run out and the wineskins will be ruined. No, new wine must be poured into new wineskins.” Luke 5:37-38

There is a new Intercessory Prayer Team forming with the specific focus of praying on behalf of our church led by Pastor Kimberly and Kelsey Pitts. This is different from a regular prayer group that takes in requests, as this is a group set to pray with the focus of our church; our vision, leadership, provision, etc. If you feel led to join in this specific time of prayer over our church, please join us! We will be meeting the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at the Yellow Brick at 10 am (lasting until the Holy Spirit leads us). Our next meeting will be Wednesday, October 16 at 10 am. Please contact Kelsey Pitts with any questions.

This book walks through life from an everyday perspective showing how we can shape our lives into that of Jesus in practical ways.

Did you know that we have a beautiful, quiet and peaceful prayer/resource room right here in our building? The sanctuary is a great place to be alone with God but sometimes you just need something different- we have a wonderful space where you can read, pray, do some adult coloring or mandalas on our lower level which is accessible to everyone with the help of our elevator. Feel free to stop by during the day when the church is open or make a request to reserve this space for a small group Bible study or prayer group.
