kids for christ
It's time for Spring Kids for Christ. The theme is Be Still and know that I am God.
It will be the last Tuesday in February and 4 Tuesdays in March. The time is 3:15- 5:15 each week. The kids, Kindergarten thru 5th grade, love this after school program. Pray about joining the team to share Jesus. We need people to lead snacks, music, games, crafts and Bible study. All curriculum and supplies are provided.
For more information about how you can serve, contact Kathy Cramer at kathycramer374@gmail.com

a jesus shaped
life Study
What shape is your life? Is your life shaped by the world? Is your life shaped by your experiences? Is your life shaped like Jesus? We will be diving into a study led by Kelsey Pitts, on the book ‘A Jesus Shaped Life’ by Bob Rognlien. This book walks through life from an everyday perspective showing how we can shape our lives into that of Jesus in practical ways.
Please join us the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays from 6-7pm at the Yellow Brick as we help one another move from a culture of consumerism into disciples of Christ.

kingdom youth
We’re back! Kingdom Youth Group kicks off the new year on Thursday, January 9, from 5:30–7:00 PM at the Yellow Brick Church. This group is for youth in grades 6–9, and we’re excited to see you there!
This isn’t just another pizza-and-games night with a quick devotion. We’re reimagining youth ministry to create a discipling culture—one that models the life of Jesus as our ultimate example. Come be a part of something deeper, meaningful, and life-changing.
Bring a friend, and we’ll see you there! ✝️

join vitality!
Have you wanted to join in the different ways we serve the congregation and the community, but aren’t sure how? Do you have a unique vision for how the church could accomplish this in the coming year?
Vitality Team is the group that engages the congregation and the community by hosting events such as Nerf and Nachos, the Graduation Luncheon, Dessert Wars, Free Haircut Events, the Advent Festival, etc. These are wonderful opportunities to spread the word of Jesus, and offer prayer throughout the community through fun and social events.
We will be discussing this years’ events, and planning things such as the Graduation Luncheon we host for the Seniors of Carrollton each year, the new Hair Event we’ve added (offering free haircuts, necessities, prayer, support and tools for life of those in need in our community), and so much more! This isn’t a commitment to serve, but fresh ideas and input for new things we can incorporate throughout the year is always welcomed! Please contact Kelsey Pitts for any questions.

umc kidz club
UMC Kidz Club is back for our 2nd year! Like last year, we will be meeting on Tuesdays at the YBC, from 6:00-7:00pm. Our club is open to 3 y.o. (must be potty trained) through 5th grade students. We have many fun sessions lined up again this year!
4th Session:
Tuesday evenings: February 11-March 4
Sunday, March 9th at both services
5th Session:
Tuesday evenings: March 18-April 8
Sunday, April 13th (Palm Sunday) at both services
new wine prayer group

We gather regularly on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.
The New Wine Prayer Group is an Intercessory Prayer Team with a unique and focused mission: to pray specifically on behalf of our church. Unlike traditional prayer groups that take in requests, our goal is to cover the church, its ministries, and its direction in prayer.
