Children's Programming
Yellow brick kidz
Kids attend the first part of worship with their parents then go to their own Bible time on the first floor. Please sign them in and out at their classroom. Family seating available along with kids' worship bags. Additional Bible time is available during the adult Sunday School time (10-11:00 AM).
Bridge kidz
Children begin worship with their families then go to Bridge Kidz. This is for preschool thru 5th grade. Worship bags are available and there are also children’s tables and chairs in the Sanctuary so children can stay in worship!

Age Group: 3 years- 5th grade (must be potty-trained)
When: Tuesday evenings 6-7pm starting Sept. 26
Where: Carrollton First UMC -YBC (253 S. Lisbon)
What: Each week we will learn more about how we can use our gifts and talents to bring glory to God by exploring a variety of ministry areas including but not limited to music (vocal and instrumental); puppets; arts and crafts; and more. At the end of each learning cycle, the kids will be invited to share what they have learned in worship on a Sunday morning at both our Yellow Brick and Bridge locations.
Every Tuesday during our Family Friendly Small Group Time kids are encouraged to participate in this learning, growing, and having fun time while parents hang with other adults to learn about Jesus in a laid-back environment.
Our hope is each child will participate as much as they can to experience a variety of ways they can connect with God, experience, and share His love. The Tuesday schedules are as follows:
April 2 – Break
April 9-May 7: Puppet Playhouse
Kids will be sharing in Worship on December 10, February 11, March 31, and May 12.

2024 Vacation bible school
Stellar – Shine Jesus Shine VBS
Coming on June 4,5,6, 2024. Mark your calendars now.
For kids ages 3 years thru 5th grade.
Time: 9:30 – noon each day.
At Stellar VBS, kids will discover what it means to shine Jesus’ light in everyday life. Stellar is filled with awesome Bible-learning experiences kids see, hear and touch. Sciency-Fun Gizmos, team-building games, unforgettable Bible songs, and tasty treats are just a few of the standout activities that help faith flow into real life. Plus, we’ll help kids discover how to see evidence of God in everyday life – something we call God Sightings.
